Creo que aunque a una triunfita (Soraya) le haya salido bien no a todas les saldra y Edurne ha cometido el error de hacer un disco de versiones de canciones conocidas mayormente de peliculas.
Incluso con el toque rockero de “Ilusion”, su segundo CD, era buenisimo. Es mejor artista con canciones escritas por o para ella. Pero bueno las opiniones como los culos, cada uno tiene uno.

Hace 15 dias que ya anda por la red el nuevo CD de este artista. La verdad es que su mejor CD, opinion personal, fue su primer CD y tal vez el single de su segundo compacto, a partir de ahi no se si por dejadez o por gusto no le cogi el gustillo a sus siguientes canciones y eso que me gustaba el R&B desde los 12 años con aquel mitico programa de radio, supersonido conducido por Mario Perez.

Ha sido raro que al buscar en el blog viera que nunca os hable de este grupo canario. Soul Sanet se dió a conocer, a nivel nacional, gracias a la Ruta del Aguilar. Programa, ya desaparecido de la parrilla hace mucho tiempo, presentado por Toni Aguilar de los 40 Principales de tematica Hip Hop, R&B y rap emitido siempre los sabados a las 23 o 24h no me acuerdo bien.
6 formas de amar con su acento canario caracteristico fue su disco editado en 1998 donde atraparon y hoy diez años despues de seguir bajo el radar han vuelto a dar el salto con Denominación de origen.

Con más interludes que su disco anterior pare un poquito más trabajado pero por gusto creo que aun me quedo con 6 formas de amar a la espera de más escuchas de este nuevo disco.

Y bueno como enamorado y estancado en los grupos de los 80-90 españoles, ya que los nuevos no me dan nada nuevo, no podia dejar pasar esta oportunidad de disfrutar el estiilo particular de Modestia Aparte.

Veinte, su nuevo disco recien sacado con su forma particular de tocar y con algunos guiños en sus letras a su pasado. Simplemente ellos.
He de reconocer que en este grupo aun me da nostalgia y lagrimas al escuchar su recopilatorio “modestamente hasta siempre” con la ultima pista donde se despiden, esos remixes que se hicieron y todas esas baladas del primer cassette o CD.

Otra cancion de la pelicula Saving Sarah Cain. Una de esas canciones que escuchas cuando estas hundido.. cuando solo quieres abrazarte a algo o a alguien…cuando lo unico que te apetece es llorar.. cuando coges tu cuaderno y te pones a dibujar porque es lo unico que se te da bien en este estado.. cuando lo unico que quieres es que pase el tiempo rapido… cuando quieres que ese dolor que te apreta el pecho quieres que desaparezca… cuando…

Ultimamente me he estado tragando hasta los creditos de las peliculas -parte de culpa la tiene la huelga de guionistas de series- ya que siempre descubres nuevas canciones y grupos, Point of Grace es uno de ellos. Catalogados dentro de “Cristianismo moderno” este grupo de chicas aparece en los creditos de Saving Sarah Cain, pelicula que os vuelvo recomendar. Una canción de las que no puedes dejar de escuchar una y otra vez, a ver lo que os parece.
Incluso perfecta para la primera cancion de casados despues de una boda.
